At Ganbaru, we designed and developed a comprehensive platform for Hanbai to digitize the recruitment process: candidate search, task automation, client reporting and a multilingual website to attract talent and leads.
In an increasingly competitive job market, agility and precision in recruitment processes are key. In 2024, Hanbai, a company specialized in recruitment and talent management, decided to take a step forward in its digital transformation.
To achieve this, at Ganbaru we designed and developed a comprehensive platform that allows Hanbai to efficiently manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, with an automated and data-driven approach.
We also implemented a multilingual website for lead generation and job posting, expanding its reach and enhancing the experience for both candidates and clients.
The first phase created a personalized and scalable backoffice. The second incorporated advanced candidate search tools and client reporting, ensuring performance, usability and future growth.

We are currently continuing to evolve the platform together with Hanbai, incorporating new features to strengthen its position in the hiring and talent sector.
